1. Will I receive a confirmation of my purchase and shipping info?
When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.  In addition, you will receive an e-mail the day your video is shipped from UPS with your tracking information, that will allow you to track your shipment online, with an estimated arrival date. If you use a PO Box or are a international customer, no tracking email will be sent. [Back to Top]

2. How long will it take to process my order?
The time it takes to process your order will depend on how many orders we receive. We will process orders for shipping at least once a day, Monday through Friday. You should expect your order to be processed and ready for shipping within at least 48 hours after it is placed. [Back to Top]

3. When will my order be shipped and how long will it take to receive my package?
We ship orders twice a week: Tuesday and Friday. The time it takes to receive your order is effected by #'s 2 and 3 above. We use USPS as our main shipping service. This means all domestic and international orders will arrive approximately 2- 7days after shipped. It can take up to 14 days to get your international package. 4. What will show up on my credit card?
Your credit card will be billed as "AEG, Inc". We also do not sell any credit card information. [Back to Top]

5. Do you ship internationally?
We do offer international sales to some countries. Please see the International Faq page for more details.[Back to Top]

6. How much is the shipping charge?
The cost of U.S. shipping is $5.00 for one dvd, and $1.50 for each additional dvd in that order. The cost for international shipping is $7.00 for one dvd and $1.50 for each additional dvd. [Back to Top]

7. Can I pay for express or overnight shipping?
No, since we ship on Tuesdays and Fridays we only offer one shipping option.. We cannot process express or overnight orders. [Back to Top]

8. Will my package come discretely/what will the box look like?
Yes, your videos will arrive discretely packaged. Our standard shipping box is a plain white bubble mailer with no mention of the word spanking or Realspankings.com on the outside. [Back to Top]

9. Will you ship to a P.O. box?
We now ship to any domestic Post Office Box. [Back to Top]

10. Will I have to sign for the delivery?

11. Can I pay with money order?
Yes. When you check out you will be given the choice to pay by money order. Once your order is placed you will receive an email that you will need to print, sign, and send in with your money order check. [Back to Top]

12. What is your refund/exchange policy?
All sales are final and we will issue no refunds. We will do an exchange on defective dvd's only. To qualify for an exchange you must email filmsales@realspankingsfilms.com advising of your defective dvd within five days of its receipt. We will email you with further instructions at that point. 13. What are Cookies?
Our sites utilized a standard technology called "cookies" to collect informtion about how this site is used. Passive information gathered may include the date and time of visits, the site pages viewed, time spent at this site, the sites visited just before and just after this site. The information collected is not associated with your personal informtion. If you do not with to transmit "cookie" information you can turn it off in your web browser. The information collected is to generate stats on a aggerate level so we can tell how many people visit the site, what is their favorate video, and to help make the site better as a whole. 15. Can I have the package shipped to an address that does not match the credit card billing address?
Yes, you can have your package shipped to any address you wish. Be sure to specify your shipping address on the order page at the time of purchase. [Back to Top]

16. What happens if my package is seized or is being held by customs?
The customer is responsible to know all shipping regulations in their own country. If a package does get seized or is held, we will try to resend the package, once, at the customers expense. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, AEG, Inc. bears no further responsibility. [Back to Top]
