Will I receive a confirmation of my purchase and shipping info?
When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation
e-mail from us. In addition, you will receive an e-mail the day
your video is shipped from UPS with your tracking information, that will
allow you to track your shipment online, with an estimated arrival date.
If you use a PO Box or are a international customer, no tracking email

2. How long will
it take to process my order?
The time it takes to process your order will depend on how many orders
we receive. We will process orders for shipping at least once a day, Monday
through Friday. You should expect your order to be processed and ready
for shipping within at least 48 hours after it is placed. [Back

my order be shipped and how long will it take to receive my package?
We ship orders twice a week: Tuesday and Friday.
The time it takes to receive your order is effected by #'s
2 and 3 above. We use USPS as our main shipping service. This means
all domestic and international orders will arrive approximately 2- 7days

up on my credit card?
Your credit card will be billed as "AEG, Inc".

6. How much is the
The cost of U.S. shipping is $5.00 for one dvd, and $1.50
for each additional dvd in that order. The cost for international shipping
is $7.00 for one dvd and $1.50 for each additional dvd. [Back
Can I pay for express or overnight shipping?
No, since we ship on Tuesdays and Fridays we only offer one shipping
option.. We cannot process express or overnight
8. Will my
package come discretely/what will the box look like?
Yes, your videos will arrive discretely packaged. Our standard shipping
box is a plain white bubble mailer with no mention of the word spanking

Will I have to sign for the delivery?

I pay with money order?
Yes. When you check out you will be given the choice to pay by money
order. Once your order is placed you will receive an email that you will

All sales are final and we will issue no refunds. We will do an
exchange on defective dvd's only. To qualify for an exchange you must
advising of your defective dvd within five days of its receipt. We will

have the package shipped to an address that does not match the credit
card billing address?
Yes, you can have your package shipped to any address
you wish. Be sure to specify your shipping address on the order page at

The customer is responsible to know all shipping regulations in their own
country. If a package does get seized or is held, we will try to resend
the package, once, at the customers expense. If the second attempt is unsuccessful,
